PLAN YOUR VISIT: 

Visitor Parking is available at Hurricane Park next door to us. Park there and then walk across the Turtle Branch creek bridge to enter. We are open to the public from 8 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday when Escambia County, Alabama schools are in session. We are closed in the summer and for school holidays. You are welcome to check our school district calendar or call ahead to make sure we are open before you come. We host special family-friendly events a few Saturdays each year. Please check here or follow us on Facebook for announcements. We host classes for groups of 15 or more students as well as guided tours for groups of all ages.
