Community Services

Turtle Point Science Center is a community resource availble to  you and your family any time we are open - even if we have a scheduled class! You are welcome to drop by and explore our gardens, boardwalk and interpretive center during normal business hours - 8 until 3 Monday through Friday.  There is no charge for you to come visit, but donations are always welcomed.

Our interpretive center is home to dozens of native and exotic animals; fabulous exhibits - from bones, to fossils, to artifacts; and our unique gift shop.  The grounds of Turtle Point are filled with impressive gardens, ponds, animals, a butterfly house, and a magnificent boardwalk through the wetlands.  Please come explore!

If this self-guided exploration is not what you are looking for, please call our office (251) 296-3401 to schedule a tour for your group.
